(A) Fund number 150 titled CARES Act is hereby established to monitor receipts and disbursements of the CARES Act funds for payroll reimbursement of public safety employees who worked during the declared health emergency and for any and all eligible receipts and disbursements that qualify for reimbursement.
(B) The Town Council approves the alternative accounting methods outlined in SBOA memorandum issued September 30, 2020, and directs the Clerk-Treasurer to proceed accordingly.
(C) The established Fund number 150 shall be in effect until it is deemed that they are no longer useful and after proper audit procedures have been completed.
