(A) Any person who fails to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of $250 per violation, plus court costs, if any.
(B) Each day a violation continues shall be deemed a separate violation.
(C) An enforcing officer who notes a violation may issue a citation that either enumerates the section(s) and subsection(s) violated or a brief description of the violation.
(D) The citation should also summon and order the suspected violator to appear at Town Court with the time and date of the court hearing provided.
