§ 113.03 PROHIBITED COMMERCIAL USE OF SIDEWALKS.
   No person may place or keep commercial goods on or above a town sidewalk in the Central Business District:
   (A)   Without first obtaining and maintaining public liability or general comprehensive insurance, approved as to form by the Town Attorney, in the minimum amount of $50,000 that covers injury or damage to persons of property as a result of such activity; nor
   (B)   Without first obtaining and maintaining a current town permit to do so, except as otherwise allowed in this chapter; nor
   (C)   Without displaying a current town permit to do so behind a ground-floor outer window that faces the sidewalk where goods are kept; nor
   (D)   Beyond the area immediately in front of his or her place of business; nor
   (E)   In breach of the provisions of this chapter; nor
   (F)   In violation of any lawful order of an enforcing officer.
