For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. The area of town bounded by the property lines along either side of Spring St., Mill St., Albion St. and Coffin St.
FIRST WEEKEND. The Thursday through Sunday after the first Monday of each month.
PERSON. An individual, firm, company, association, organization, partnership, limited liability company, business trust, or corporation; the term includes the person's employers, employees, independent contractors, agents, lessors or lessees.
