(A) There shall be a base annual fee for each transient merchant's license and each mobile transient merchant's license in the amount of $200 which shall be valid for 365 days from the date of issuance.
(B) In addition, the fee for a transient merchant's license shall be $10 per day for each location and for a mobile transient merchant's license shall be $10 per day for each employee, agent or other person transacting business for and on behalf of the applicant in the town.
(C) The license can be renewed for as many days as the applicant chooses by prepayment of the sum of $10 per day.
