§ 111.05 LIQUOR RETAILER'S PERMIT.

The consent of the town is given and granted to the proper legal authorities of the State of Indiana, to issue liquor retailer’s permits for the sale of alcoholic, spirituous beverages to applicants otherwise duly qualified to premises within the town consistent with all applicable state law.
