§ 111.03 BILLIARD TABLES AND THE LIKE.
   (A)   Any person desiring to obtain a license to operate billiard tables, pool tables, bowling alleys or any kind of gaming tables in the Town of Fremont, County of Steuben, State of Indiana, shall pay to the Clerk-Treasurer of the town the sum of $10 for each billiard table, pool table, bowling alley or any kind of gaming table he or she may wish to operate and shall be issued to the applicant a license to operate tables or alleys in the town for a term of 1 year which license shall be signed by the Clerk-Treasurer and President of the Town Council.
   (B)   If any person in the Town of Fremont, Steuben County, State of Indiana, owning or having the care, management or control of any billiard table, pool table, bowling alley or any kind of gaming table and operating the same for gain shall permit any person to play billiards, pool or any other game at or upon a table or tables or alley without first procuring from the Town Council a license to do so heretofore provided, shall be deemed guilty of a violation and shall on conviction thereof be fined $10 for each offense.
