§ 96.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   The Fremont Police Department shall be charged with enforcing the provisions of this chapter.
   (B)   Any person, firm, corporation, or association violating the provisions of this chapter commits a Class C infraction and shall be fined in the amount of $100 for each violation. Violations of this chapter shall be prosecuted through the Steuben County Courts.
