No person within the Town of Fremont, Indiana, shall use, ignite, or discharge or permit to be used, ignited, or discharged any type of consumer fireworks on any day at any time other than the following:
(A) Between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 2 hours after sunset on June 29, June 30, July 1, July 2, July 3, July 5, July 6, July 7, July 8, and July 9;
(B) Between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight on July 4;
(C) Between the hours of 10:00 a.m. on December 31 and 1:00 a.m. on January 1; and
(D) Between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 2 hours after sunset on the Saturday during the Fremont Music Fest, except as this subpart may from time to time conflict with an allowable date and time provided for under division (A) of this section.
