§ 93.12 WAIVER OF RESPONSIBILITY.
   The town, its employees, agents, contractors, officials, officers, towing service or storage yard shall not be responsible to the owner or any lienholder of an abandoned vehicle or parts for any damage to the abandoned vehicle occurring during the removal, storage or disposition of an abandoned vehicle or parts.
