§ 93.05 VEHICLE REMOVAL.
   (A)   Any vehicle or vehicle parts, which have not been removed within 72 hours of placement of the notice on it, shall be towed, at the owner's expense, to a reasonable location for storage and stored, at the owner's expense.
   (B)   Before the towing of the vehicle, an officer shall prepare a report for the town and take photographs of the vehicle or vehicle parts.
   (C)   The report shall describe the abandoned vehicle or parts, including make, model, vehicle identification number, license plate number and a description of the vehicle.
   (D)   The report shall include information on the condition of the vehicle, including missing parts, damage, and other facts that might substantiate the estimated market value of the vehicle or parts. Photographs shall be taken to describe the condition of the vehicle or parts.
   (E)   The report shall also request from the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles the name and contact information for the owner and any person or business who holds a lien on the vehicle.
   (F)   The report and photographs of the vehicle shall be maintained by the town and filed with the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles with 72 hours after removal.
