The town hereby establishes the Abandoned Vehicle Fund (the “Fund”). The Town Council may appropriate sufficient money to the Fund to carry out the purposes of this chapter. All revenue received and all costs of implementation of the chapter shall be deposited to or credited against the Fund. All money remaining in the Fund at the end of the year shall remain in the Fund and this Fund shall not revert to the General Fund.
