§ 91.102 REMOVAL REQUIREMENTS.

(A) Rank vegetation: The owners of real estate located within the Town of Fremont shall cut or remove rank vegetation from an area within the public right-of-way, within 150 feet of an adjacent real estate owner or within 150 feet of a public right-of-way.

(B) Noxious weeds: The owners of real estate located within the Town of Fremont shall remove and eliminate all noxious weeds.
