§ 91.101 EXCLUSIONS.
   This subchapter shall not apply to:
   (A)   Wooded areas;
   (B)   Wetlands;
   (C)   Wildlife projects conducted and funded by educational institutions or local, state or federal government entities; or
   (D)   Hay fields and pastures.
