(A) The notice to abate the nuisance shall be delivered in a manner so as to assure receipt by the responsible party.
(B) The notice shall include the following information:
(1) The name of the person to whom the order is issued;
(2) The address and a brief description of the property that is the subject of the notice;
(3) The action that the notice requires the person to perform;
(4) The period of time in which the action is to be accomplished, beginning the day after service of the notice has been accomplished; and
(5) A statement that failure to comply with the notice could result in a remedial order and/or penalties as provided in the town code.
