§ 91.085 DUTY OF OWNER OR PERSON IN CONTROL OF PREMISES.
   No persons owning or controlling any premises in the town shall allow a public nuisance as defined in § 91.082 to remain or exist thereon or permit the same to become unsightly, unsanitary or obnoxious, a blight to the vicinity or offensive to the senses of users of the public way abutting the same, for a period longer than 30 days in any calendar year or a shorter period of time as may be required because of an emergency or dangerous condition; or fail to comply with these requirements after a written order from any officer of the town including but not limited to police officers, the Town Manager or any other employee of the town authorized by the Town Council to police like matters.
