§ 91.065 COMPLIANCE WITH STATE BOARD OF HEALTH.

Every inhabitable dwelling, business house, boarding house, lodging house, eating place, tenement, shop, factory, public hall, place of amusement and all public buildings in the town shall be provided with a sanitary toilet of sufficient size and construction to meet the full requirements of the rules of the State Board of Health.
