(A) It is made unlawful for any person or persons to remove any wooden frame or other building, the outer walls and roof of which are not made and constructed of some non-combustible material, from any point without the fire limits to any point within the fire limits, or from any point within the fire limits to any other point within the fire limits.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to kindle or maintain any bonfire or knowingly furnish the materials for any fire or to authorize or direct any fire to be kindled or maintained at any place within the fire zone, except in a properly installed stove, incinerator, fireplace, furnace or safely constructed enclosure of 1/4-inch mesh wire, or similar safety device.
