§ 91.017 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   The enforcement of this subchapter shall be by the Town Council of the Town of Fremont, Indiana.
   (B)   (1)   The Town of Fremont, Indiana, may enforce the provisions of this subchapter by injunction proceedings or by penalties hereinafter provided.
      (2)   In the event that injunction proceedings are instituted, the cost thereof including attorney fees shall be paid by the individual person or corporation violating the provisions of this subchapter.
