(A) No person, firm or corporation within the corporation limits of the Town of Fremont, Indiana, shall burn any rubbish except in metal or masonry burning container being completely enclosed with 3/4-inch openings in the top of the container and 3/4-inch openings on the sides of the container.
(B) While the rubbish is being burned, the metal or masonry burning container shall not be located or situated closer than 20 feet from any building, whether the building be a dwelling, commercial or storage structure.
