§ 91.015 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   BURNING CONTAINER. A metal or masonry inclosure with no more than 3/4-inch openings at the top.

   RUBBISH. Matter such as ashes, can, metal wear, broken glass, crockery, sweepings, boxes, wood, glass, weeds, paper or litter of any kind.
