   (A)   Parking on the following streets shall be reverse angle parking:

Location
Toledo Street (State Road 120)

Between Wayne Street and Pleasant Street
 
   (B)   Any person violating this section shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $10 or the vehicle may be removed at the owner's expense.
