(A) Parking of all motor vehicles upon Toledo Street (State Road 120) shall be further restricted according to all postings made by the Indiana Department of Transportation under the authority vested by the Indiana Code.

(B) The above referred to area is designated “no-parking” and that firms authorized by the town be designated to tow away vehicles parked in violation hereof and to impound same pending payment of 2 charges, fines and costs. The fine for each violation shall not be less than $1 nor more than $1,000.
