SCHEDULE IV. U-TURNS.
   (A)   When signs are erected giving notice thereof, it shall be illegal for the drivers of vehicles to make a U-turn at the below areas.

Street and Spring Street
 
   (B)   Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this schedule shall be fined in a sum not to exceed $25.
