(A) When a sign is posted giving notice thereof, a driver of a vehicle shall yield the right-of-way at the following intersections.

(B) Upon promulgation of this schedule according to law, the Street Superintendent is hereby authorized to post all street signs necessary to accomplish this schedule.
(C) Any person who violates any provision of this schedule commits an ordinance violation and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $500, plus additional costs to include reasonable attorney fees and court costs incurred by the town for collection of the account, as determined by the competent authority that hears the case.
