§ 71.03 THREE-WAY STOP CREATED.
   (A)   Upon an engineering and traffic investigation, the Town Council has determined that certain stop signs shall be erected at specific entrances.
   (B)   The town employees directed by the Council shall erect stop signs as indicated: The intersection of Jefferson Street and North Street in the Town of Fremont is established as a 3-way stop.
   (C)   The stop signs erected shall conform to the manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for roads and streets as provided under I.C. 9-21-2 et seq., I.C. 9-21-3 et seq., and I.C. 9-21-4 et seq.
   (D)   Every driver of a vehicle shall stop in obedience to any stop sign before entering intersections, except when directed to proceed by a police officer.
   (E)   Penalties for violation of this section shall be as set forth in I.C. 9-21-4-19 and that the provisions thereof are enacted by reference as if fully set out herein.
