§ 52.44 PROCEDURE; WATER OBTAINED FROM OTHER SOURCES.

(A) In the event a user obtains water partially or wholly from sources other than the town waterworks, the total water used must be measured or determined as provided in §§ 50.03, 50.27 or by other reasonable means as the Council may direct.

(B) In the case of single-family household having a private well but no town water supply the sewer flow charge shall be for 5,000 gallons per month, unless a meter is installed on the well at the request of either the user or the town, in which case the cost of installation will be paid for by the user and the meter will be provided by the town.
