§ 52.41 EFFECTIVE DATE; EXTENSION TO ADDITIONAL PROPERTY.
   (A)   The sewer charges fixed by this subchapter shall become effective at the time the user first discharges to the sewerage system.
   (B)   These sewer charges shall be extended to and cover any additional premises thereafter served, without the necessity of any hearing or notice.
