§ 52.24 EXTENSIONS OUTSIDE OF TOWN.
   A person shall not directly or indirectly make any connections with or openings into the sewerage system for the purpose of serving any areas outside the corporate boundaries of the town without first securing a specific resolution of the Council describing the real estate and property to be served and authorizing the connection.
