161.01 BAILIFF'S TRAVEL ALLOWANCE.

(a) The Municipal Court Bailiff's travel allowance shall be one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per month and the assistant bailiff's travel allowance shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00), per month, both retroactive to January 1, 1980.

(b) The bailiff's shall report monthly to the City Auditor the amount of miles driven in connection with their bailiff duties.
