144.03 ORGANIZATION.

Annually the members of the Fremont Tree and Beautification Commission shall hold an organizational meeting to elect a President, two Vice Presidents, Secretary, Treasurer and two at large board members. These seven members shall compose the Executive Board. The Commission shall provide for the adoption of rules of procedure and for the holding of regular and special meetings of the commission in order to perform the duties provided for herein.
