144.01 MEMBERSHIP; TERMS.

A Commission to be known as the Fremont Tree and Beautification Commission shall be created. This Commission, the majority of whom shall be residents of the City, shall be appointed by the Mayor. The City Safety Service Director, Park Superintendent and the Environmental Citizens Service Committee of City Council shall be exofficio members. All members of the commission shall serve without compensation.
