137.03 EXPENDITURE OF TRUST FUND MONIES.

Funds in the Special Recreation Trust Fund are to be expended on authorization of the Mayor and the City Auditor is authorized to draw his warrants on the City Treasurer for payments therefrom upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefor approved by the Mayor or officers authorized by law to approve the same. (Ord. 95-2907. Passed 5-18-95.)
