137.02 SPECIAL RECREATION TRUST FUND.

There is hereby established a Special Recreation Trust Fund, and there shall be paid into the Fund all donations received by the City of Fremont. The Fund shall be held in trust by the City and used for any lawful purpose. The Fund is created under the authority of Ohio R.C. 5705.09(H).
