   135.01 POSITION ESTABLISHED; APPOINTMENT.
   A City Engineer shall be provided for the City. The person employed as such Engineer shall be known as the Engineer of the City of Fremont. The Engineer shall be appointed by the Mayor and the Safety-Service Director.
