(a) The Fire Department shall be divided into a three- platoon system, with each man within the Department working a minimum of fifty- six hours each week according to the schedule set by the Fire Chief, in compliance with Ohio R.C. 4115.02, and with the view of providing the maximum protection of life and property of residents of the City.
(b) Each member of the Fire Department, whether on duty or not, shall be subject to the call of the Chief in any emergency and such members must respond to the call.
