129.02 MERGER OF OFFICES.

Under authority of Ohio R.C. 733.03, the office of the Director of Public Safety is merged with that of the office of the Director of Public Service. The office so created by merging of the two offices shall hereafter be known as the office of the Safety-Service Director and such director shall be appointed and qualified according to law.
