129.01 AUTHORITY OF SAFETY-SERVICE DIRECTOR.

   The Safety-Service Director shall act as head of the following departments and shall prescribe their rules and regulations subject to the approval of Council:

      Department of Water Pollution Control

      Department of Water Treatment

      Street Department

      Department of Water Collections and Accounting

      Water and Sewer Maintenance Department

      Police Department

      Fire Department

      Engineering Department

      Park and Recreation Department.
