121.04 DUTIES OF MAYOR AS PLANNING DIRECTOR.

The Mayor shall be charged with the duties of Planning Director which duties shall be, but not confined to, researching and planning programs needed or desired for the improvement of the City, and shall inform and make recommendations to Council for their study and consideration.
