121.02 DUTIES OF MAYOR AS PUBLIC RELATIONS DIRECTOR.

The Mayor shall be charged with the duties of Public Relations Director which duties shall consist of, but not confined to, expediting of requests from citizens and keeping the public informed of governmental actions, programs and financial conditions.
