The territory of the City shall hereafter be divided into four wards, to be numbered from one to four inclusively and be known, bounded, and described as follows:
(a) Ward One. Ward One (1) of the City of Fremont shall consist of all that area encompassed by the followed described boundary: Beginning at the intersection of the West Corporation Line and the centerline of Birchard Avenue; thence East along the centerline of Birchard Avenue to the centerline of Whittlesey Street; thence South along the centerline of Whittlesey Street to the centerline of Ewing Street; thence East along the centerline of Ewing Street extended to the centerline of the Sandusky River; thence Northerly along the centerline of the Sandusky River to the centerline of East State Street; thence Southeasterly along the centerline of East State Street to the centerline of Buchanan Street; thence Southwesterly along the centerline of Buchanan Street to the centerline of the Norfolk and Western Railroad right of way; thence Southeasterly along the centerline of the Norfolk and Western Railroad right of way to the East Corporation Line; thence Southerly, Westerly, Easterly and Northerly along the Corporation Line to the place of beginning.
(b) Ward Two. Ward Two (2) of the City of Fremont shall consist of all the area encompassed by the following boundary description: Beginning on Napoleon Street to the intersection of the centerline of Napoleon Street and the West Corporation Line; thence East along the centerline of Napoleon Street to the centerline of Granville Blvd; thence North along the centerline of Granville Blvd. to the centerline of Hickory Street; thence East along the centerline of Hickory Street to the centerline of Lynn Street; thence Northeasterly along the centerline of Lynn Street to the centerline of West State Street; thence Southeasterly along the centerline of West State Street to the centerline of Jackson Street; thence Northerly along the centerline of Jackson Street to the centerline of Liberty Street; thence West along the centerline of Liberty Street to the centerline of Clinton Street; thence North along the centerline of Clinton Street to the centerline of Miller Street; thence East along the centerline of Miller Street to the centerline of Rawson Avenue; thence Northeasterly along the centerline of Rawson Avenue and SR 53 to the North Corporation Line; thence Northerly, Westerly, Easterly, and Southerly along the Corporation Line to the point of beginning, excluding those island areas outside the Corporation Line.
(c) Ward Three. Ward Three (3) of the City of Fremont shall consist of all that area encompassed by the following described boundary: Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of the Sandusky River and the North Corporation Line; thence Southerly along the centerline of the Sandusky River to the centerline of East State Street; thence Southeasterly along the centerline of East State Street to the centerline of Buchanan Street; thence Southwesterly along the centerline of Buchanan Street to the centerline of the Norfolk and Western Railroad right of way; thence Southeasterly along the centerline of the Norfolk and Western Railroad right of way to the East Corporation Line; thence Northerly, Westerly, Southerly and Easterly along the Corporation Line to the place of beginning.
(d) Ward Four. Ward Four (4) of the City of Fremont shall consist of all that area encompassed by the following described boundary: Beginning on Napoleon Street at the intersection of the centerline of Napoleon Street and the West Corporation Line; thence East on the centerline of Napoleon Street to the centerline of Granville Blvd.; thence North along the centerline of Granville Blvd. to the centerline of Hickory Street; thence East along the centerline of Hickory Street to the centerline of Lynn Street; thence Northeasterly along the centerline of Lynn Street to the centerline of West State Street; thence Southeasterly along the centerline of West State Street to the centerline of Jackson Street; thence Northerly along the centerline of Jackson Street to the centerline of Liberty Street; thence West along the centerline of Liberty Street to the centerline of Clinton Street; thence north along the centerline of Clinton Street to the centerline of Miller Street; thence East along the centerline of Miller Street to the centerline of Rawson Avenue; thence Northeasterly along the centerline of Rawson Avenue and SR 53 to the North Corporation Line; thence Easterly and Southerly along the Corporation Line to the centerline of the Sandusky River; thence Southerly along the centerline of the Sandusky River to the centerline of Ewing Street extended to the East; thence West along the centerline of Ewing Street to the centerline of Whittlesey Street; thence North along the centerline of Whittlesey Street to the centerline of Birchard Avenue; thence West along the centerline of Birchard Avenue to the West Corporation Line; thence North along the West Corporation Line to the place of beginning.
