1161.07 APPEALS.

Any person aggrieved by a final decision on a site plan application may make an appeal to the City Council by filing a notice of appeal to the Zoning Inspector and the Clerk of City Council. Appeals must be filed within ten (10) days of the Planning Commission’s decision.
