1153.03 DITCH MAINTENANCE SETBACK.

The development of any permanent obstruction within twenty-five (25) feet measured from the top of a ditch bank at a right angle, is hereby prohibited on ditches designated on the Zoning Map. (Ord. 2020-4053. Passed 1-7-21.)
