   (a)    Residential Uses.

Housing for elderly and disabled	One (1) space per dwelling unit. See Section 1145.06(b)
Group Living
Assisted Living Center	One (1) space for each two (2) beds and one (1) space for each dwelling unit if any

Boarding house/Rooming house	One (1) space for each roomer or boarder based upon the design capacity of the building plus two (2) spaces for a resident owner or resident manager.

Hospitals	One (1) space for each two (2) patient beds plus one (1) spaces per 250 square feet of floor area for outpatient clinics, laboratories, pharmacies, and other similar uses.
