If an application is submitted for a use type that is not listed in the Use Tables of this Chapter, the Zoning Inspector is authorized to classify the new or unlisted use type into an existing land use category that most closely fits the new or unlisted use. If no similar use determination can be made, the Planning Commission must initiate an amendment to the text of this Zoning Ordinance to clarify where such uses are allowed.
