1117.10 SOIL AND SEDIMENTATION PLAN.

No earth disturbing activity shall commence until a Soil and Sedimentation Plan is approved for the site by the City Engineer. The Soil and Sedimentation Plan shall adhere to the provisions of Chapter 1155- Storm Water Management and Erosion and Sediment Control and applicable Ohio EPA, ODNR and Sandusky County Soil and Water Conservation District regulations.
