(a) Street Name Signs. Street name signs shall be erected by the subdivider of a type to be approved by the City Engineer at all street intersections prior to acceptance of the constructed streets.
(b) Street Lights. Street lights shall be provided of a type and of such spacing as to be approved by the City Engineer.
(c) Street Trees. Street trees shall be provided outside of the street right of way and shall be of such species and planted with such spacing as shall be approved by the City Engineer. Planting shall be in such a manner as not to impair visibility at any corner or corners.
