1111.07 VALIDITY.

If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of these rules and regulations is for any reason held to be unconstitutional or void, such decisions shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of these rules and regulations. (Ord. 2020-4053. Passed 1-7-21.)
