146.01 MEMBERS.

The Fremont Community Relations Commission consists of a minimum of 9 members, and a maximum of 13 members appointed by the Mayor, not requiring City Council approval, for a three-year term. The Director of Public Safety and Public Service and the Chief of Police shall serve as ex-officio members of the Commission. The Community Relations Commission shall comprise a cross-section of the community at large.
