(a) There is hereby created a Parks and Recreation Financial Board, which shall review and establish fees and charges for all Parks and Recreation Department memberships, programs, rentals and services and report the same to the City Council.
(b) The Parks and Recreation Financial Board shall consist of the following members: Mayor, Safety-Service Director, City Auditor, Parks and Recreation Director, and the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission Chairperson.
(c) That the Mayor shall serve as the Chair of the Parks and Recreation Financial Board, which shall meet at least once each year and as otherwise determined by the Mayor.
